Jessie’s principal areas of practice are land and property development, development agreements and sale and purchase agreements for housing projects property financing, banking including documentation for both bridging and end- financing, drafting and preparation of share sale agreements and company laws. She also advises the banks and corporations on issues relating to banking documents. She also handles probate and administration matters.
