Esther’s principal areas of practice are civil litigation, banking litigation, personal injury claims, insurance claims, professional and medical negligence, land laws, native customary rights land laws, contract laws and family laws. She also appears for corporations and/or companies in relations to disputes at the Industrial Court including claims for reinstatement and/or damages.
