SRW is looking for a diligent and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our administrative team. As one of the largest and most established law firms in Sarawak, we place great emphasis on professionalism, accuracy, and integrity in every aspect of our operations — including finance.

Details

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; diploma or certificate in accounting or related field is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.

  • Good organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

  • Prior experience in an accounting or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.

  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and billing statements.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and track transactions.

  • Support monthly reporting and documentation.

  • Liaise with the firm’s accounts team and administrative staff to ensure smooth financial operations.
